As a Barista at ToasT Cafe Bar & Grill Restaurant Blackpool you will be the first taste our guests experience, you therefore need to have a suitable knowledge of coffee and be experienced in the use of semi automatic espresso machines to deliver a first class drink to the guest. Like our servers we employ duty managers for their passion, ability and experience, but with leadership qualities. Proven management experience in a similar contemporary environment, is desirable but not essential. 1^st class customer service skills are essential. As part of the ToasT Cafe Bar & Grill Restaurant Blackpool kitchen team you will play a vital role in the maintenance of all kitchen and preparation areas. Hygiene is a major part of this role and compliance with all current legislation is essential. You must be a fit and energetic person for this position. Your role will also include dealing with the daily dish washing area using industrial dish washing equipment and ensuring your work area is clean at all times. Working with the kitchen team in transporting all cooked food to the service lift, and the collection and recycling of all restaurant crockery and cutlery. Part time day and evening shift’s are available 7 days per week.

All applicants must read and agree to the Toast Staff Handbook. All permanent staff will be required to acquire a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering and servers and duty managers will also require a Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders qualification within three months of joining the company.
